My husband and I bought our Acura here. We didn't deal with any nonsense. Basically told them this is what we would pay and they called us and said ok. Financing dept was very helpful and got us a great rate. We have no complaints about this place - it was a good experience.

I bought my last three cars from Gillman, the most recent being a used Acura TL from Gillman Acura. My salesman was attentive ahd provided a high level of customer service; however all of that customer service disappeared when I drove the car off the lot. To make a very long story short, the dealership failed to follow up with me about some work on the car associated with the purchase. After several telephone calls failed to resolve the issues, I wrote the dealership a letter. The dealership made assurances that everything promised to me would be done and the entire situation would be made right. When I finally made the appointment for the aforementioned work, the dealership wasn't able to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle, so I had to reschedule the appointment again.Second, my temporary license plates ran out before my permanent plates came in.
