Godfather's Bail Bonds - (713) 224-3600

They told me that I hadn't known my GF of one year long enough to bail her out even though it would be my 300g house and high salary that would assure the bond. They wanted a family member to sign or $5,500 collateral along with the $625 fee to post the $5,500 bond, her mother is awaiting a heart transplant, her father is out to sea and her grandmother is 82yo and in Freeport and said she couldn't drive out. On top of this they didn't tell me this till the next afternoon thereby costing me valuable time. I went over to Lockwood bond and they placed the bonds without collateral though at a slightly higher fee. Unfortunately, for some strange reason, a whole bunch of detainees, my gf amongst them had their court dates changed from next week to today thereby keeping her overnight again even though she was bonded out. I don't know if the reschedule was just someone clearing a day next week for golf or someone maximizing the private jail operator's per night per detainee fee that they collect but something is really fishy in our justice system.
