DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS the little mexican women in this office smile at you as they take yo money. then put me on hold not 20 minutes after I left, and called back to ask a question, So i sat ther to see how long they would keep me on hold. 36 minutes, I immediately cancelled my insurance with them and called GEICO AT 800-841-3000. GOT A BETTER RATE, and it only take them about a minute to pick up the phone. somone needs to teach these folks about common courtesy and not to leave a customer holding that long. they are just terrible and i will be discussing this further with the members of our church this wednesday. lots of folks in the community will know how badly they treat people
