She did not give me her name and refused to give me any info about this company including the fax number. Whoever she was she needs to be FIRED!. She was totaly unprofessional and made rude comments to me about a 23.00 collection I owed. She threatened to have this put on my credit BEFORE I cound get her the cease and desist letter and continued to refuse to give me her fax number and to me to go to the internet to get it. She told me that I should know my laws and I do my rights as provided by the FTC and THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT. She needs to be fired due to her unprofessional manner. Your company is not going to get money from anyone if you continue to keep this woman employed. Like i said she would not give me her name but my creditor was Emerald Forest MUD. Oh and just for the record Emerald Forest has excused this charge from me due to an error...Thank You Very Much! :)
