I'm proud to be the first! Leila's is one of my favorite places to eat and I find myself there at least once a week. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The service is quick and efficient. The owner makes his way around to all the tables to be sure your meal is to your satisfaction. I especially love the Shrimp Poblano fajitas. Mmmmm good.

Fun Young Feeling BarberShop From what I can tell they have 5 pretty good full time barbers with there own unique personalities,and skills. From time to time a class clown that gets on his soap box with a bit of a stand up routine (not to be taken personaly, nor for the sensitive at heart) They seem to have a steady flow of clients of both sexes and all races, and they even offer services for eyebrows (wax and razor). Other services I have noticed are chemical, (color, perms, and I think I heard somebody say something about Chemical Relaxed Perm). The cuts are great from clipper and shear work to razor and texture cuts. Shape ups and outlines, shaves, parts, and crazy designs in your head , I have seen it all. Not to often have I noticed children in the shop but I find them to be understanding though, if something needs to be taken down a level they don't seem to mind, once it has been brought to there attention. I have noticed they seem to be considerate of what they are watching or listening to, not what they are saying. From the crazy grafettie on the walls to the hang out atmosphere Jay's Campus Cuts is a good fun Shop I have been to several times. I often find a movie on the TV while I get my haircut and while I wait there is a pool table and video games. And I always see members of one of the U of L athletic teams here.
