One of my talents is making moist, delicious cakes which are iced with my wonderful creation Lite Buttercreme Icing.  I also love to work with a wonderful edible medium known as Rolled Fondant, and another amazing and edible medium called Gum Paste.

Almost everyone participating in the Bridal Extravaganza Show at the Brown Convention Center January 6 & 7, 2007, will be looking for brides.  I am going there primarily to introducing my line of Children's Cakes, the Logos, Seals and Emblems, Quincinear Cakes and if someone is interested, I will do their wedding.

My cakes are reasonably to outlandishly priced depending on what you want. 

AND, I am an accomplished floral designer which means I can turn your wonderful dessert into a spectacular floral display as well.
