“I have been less than pleased with the staff at this school. I understand the need for rules and discipline in the learning environment, however, the rigidity of this school is ridiculous. The school lunches are sub-par at best. This is my second year dealing with Lowery and look forward to my daughter getting out of there, we may move to expedite the process.”

“I am thrilled to be blessed with a school of this quality for my children. The new principal is wonderful and was a very needed change! There are a couple teachers that should not be teaching children but you will have that wherever you go. All in all we are very happy there.”

“My daughter went there K and first grade. I loved her teachers and (most) of the staff were friendly and helpful to my daughter. We are moving to Birkes and I hope we like it as much as we did Lowery. I have to give the music teacher a definate 'thumbs up'. He was funny and kept the kids happy but in control.”

“My child is a graduate of Lowery Elementary and it is a high-quality school, as most in Cy-Fair ISD are. We couldn't be more happy with her education there. The teachers were always responsive and returned any phone calls promptly and courteously. They are also very knowledgable about the content they teach. Highly recommend this school - it's the best.”

“It has been a few years since my kids went here...but, it was considered a fine school and still is. The staff was kind and knowledgable - and were quick to test my kids when they saw signs that they were not being challenged. The horizons program was great and offered the challenge my kids needed. I am sure Lowery has continued to progress. The parents were very involved and the art and music programs were sufficient. There were several extracurricular activities offered after classes and weekends.”
